BoardSuited™, a new and innovative executive education company designed to prepare senior executives for board candidacy and service, launches this month. Founded by Joyce Brocaglia, CEO of both Alta Associates, an executive search firm, and the Executive Women’s Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy (EWF), a membership organization; BoardSuited continues her legacy of building companies that develop world-class leaders and diverse workforces.
Partnering with ePath Learning, one of the leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) trusted by Fortune 100 companies worldwide, BoardSuited’s mission is to increase the pipeline of qualified candidates, as well as broaden the diversity of gender, race, age and professional skills of the pool itself.

BoardSuited was created to fill a void in the executive education space. There are currently many programs that train existing board directors, but very few actually prepare executives seeking their first board appointment. Moreover, most programs require membership, travel, and time off work. BoardSuited is completely online so learners can take it anytime, anywhere.
